Including images of the various sculptural elements in Hyperbaric–Hypobaric, the edition also includes a large technical drawing of the project’s composite atmospheric suit, shown in its historical context and indicating the development of pressure-resistant suits.

These suits are a key element in preventing loss of consciousness as a result of hypoxia in two states, hyperbaric (leading to anxiety) and hypobaric (leading to euphoria).
